Traffic trainee learnership suspended

The road traffic management corporation suspended traffic trainees learnerships during lockdown level 4 as all institutions had to close and send students home. The CEO told the trainees that they will be going home for a month without pay of their stipends. It is now the third month since July the students have been at home without their monthly stipends and without any form of communication from the corporation. This is very disappointing as these traffic trainees are the only bread winners back at their homes, they are now unemployed and are forced to look for jobs just to make a living! It is very disturbing to think that other human beings can let others to starve and struggle without explaining to them what is going on with the learnership!
