Service sucks

I went to renew my driver's Licence in December at the Randburg Licencing Centre and I was told to call after 3 months to check if my Licence us there. Since month end March I have been calling and no one picks up the phone. I even sent my ID number to 33214 and there hasn't been any response.

Why does your office have a telephone if no one ever responds? Should one just walk in or what?
