RTMC poor service

The company advertise that they will deliver your vehicle license disc within 3-5 working days. They also advise people to contact them via WhatsApp that they don't even respond to, they say you can send an email that they also don't even respond to, on top of this their hotline number I don't know how many times I called that number where I hold for about 30 min plus just for the call to be dropped when I'm caller number 1 on the line. This is so frustrating because I've all avenues and I'm not getting any help. I've app**** and paid online for my vehicle disc on the 16th of September but till today I haven't received it. Your customer service is very bad shame!!!!
