RTMC bad service

I did an Online renewal of my license on 3 June 2022 that expires on 30 June 2022 and paid for courier services to deliver the license disc. To date I have not received disk, waybill or tracking number. I have called on numerous occasions and was told that it would be on its way to me via Skynet. In my 20 or so calls to RTMC, only once did I manage to get through to a consultant. Totally dissatisfied with the service.
