ROAD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT CORPORATION - DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM

Purchased my licence disk online on 25 November 2022, ref ***1P506 and as yet I have not received it after numerous emails. I have tried their call centre and have holdon for ages to try and get through telephonically, but gave up after spending more than what I paid for the disk on telephone calls. To top that, I have received a fine for not displaying my disk even though I have showed the cop the proof that I have purchased one.
