RMTC

My drivers license expired a month ago and have been struggling to get geographical (Watloo)online booking 2moths before but the system failed me even though there were slots openings every Monday and when I try other near depots the system says I have already registered 😢.

I stress out until I decided to call centurion fr them to help me to cancel my bookings so I could start again since I was told by Watloo officers that traffic depts have no walkins but only online bookings and when you need their assistance you must pay something of which I was against, so calling RMTC I received professional assistance from the lady who also advised to come to Centurion, they work Monday to Sunday, no photos needed.

So yesterday Thursday the 29th May I went there arrived at 10H00 , wow I was amazed by the professional exceptional service from the gate for info, the reception security, the help desk, eye testing and payments immediately was amazing. Within 45min I was already done.

I'm sending my compliments to the whole of RMTC family wish all the TRAFFIC DEPARTMENTS can be this professional my experience left me speechless. Thank and GOD bless them
