Rething to use RTMC to renew your Discs

Very frustrating with this service. Having to hold the line for over 45min, but still no use. Gave number for headoffice, but also no luck. License has been renewed and PAID already mid September 2024. Still struggling to get my discs. Apparently they cannot locate my address as per the receipt. Unfair that we need to struggle with this type of POOOOOR service. Reference number ***3
