Randburg Licencing Department

I would like to praise the Randburg Licencing Department. I had to renew my drivers licence card. I was dreading the experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The service I received was friendly, efficient and speedy. As advised, I had all the necessary documentation and arrived an hour before my appointment. I walked straight in. No queue at all. I had my documents checked, finger prints and photo taken and signed as necessary. I then proceeded to the cashier and waited in that queue for about 10 minutes. All-in-all the entire process took me about 20 minutes. Fantastic!
