pathetic service , I purchased 3 vehicle renewal licences online, nowhere on the website do they say how long it would take for delivery of renewal of motor vehicle licence, 7 days later no communication and no disc, 2 of my vehicles have expired already. JMPD don't want to hear anything when they stopped me even after showing them the receipt of payment. When you call their call centre after a cetain number of rings you get a voice prompt that says the number you have dialed is incorrect or just cuts you off.
