Online License Disc Nightmare - no solution by RTMC

Ordered 4 new license discs online - sent printouts, but with no discs due to traffic infringement. Infringement debt settled and there is simply no-one that give me printed discs because i did it online. Post Office and Waterfall RTMC could not help me, neither could the Randburg licensing departments.
