Ongoing Issues with Car License Disk Request - 5 Months Without Resolution

I wish I could give 0 stars because this company is seriously ***********. I have been battling to get my car license disk from them for the past 5 months. Every single time I call, they ask me why I didn't phone earlier to escalate the issue so that they could have my disk ready. I have done this several times now, but still no progress.

I have no idea what to do. I'm at my wits' end trying to sort this out, and nobody at RTMC can assist me. They also never reply to any emails I send.
