Officer getting paid

<p>Today I wanted to go straight but changed of plan as I saw more traffic and decided to turn from Albertina Sisulu onto Nywerheid Str and the traffic officer pulled me over and said he is giving me a ticket because I turned and I cannot turn left from the robot and I said I wanted to go straight but because of the traffic from so much cars I turned left but said okay I understand he needs to his job</p> <p> </p> <p>And as he took my license i seat in the car with my partner and friend we were on our way to work that is when we noticed a blue combi doing the same thing I did turned left and that is not allowed to be done he got pulled over by a other officer which I have no detials of him but his colleage Refilwe the officer that wrote out my ticket informed me to use his name and code as he always works with the officer that pulled off the guy with the blue combi</p> <p> </p> <p>The officer went to the guy in the blue combi as he was approching the combi the guy got out his combi and walked to the officer appologising with his wallet in his hand we sitting watching them the officer and the guy walked around the combi that is when myself and my partner got out of the car and went to go watch and the guy paid the officer that is when i went to Refilwe (IA Name and code): JMPD 4468 and told him if he saw what happend he said he did not see and I informed him what happened Refilwe said he cannot do anything as he did not see, Carl my partner confronted the officer that got paid and the officer responded by saying no that is my friend and we asked a friend that pays you he than let the guy in the combi drive off without getting a ticket because he got paid</p> <p> </p> <p>We (myself and Carl) said that we reporting the matter that is when carl phoned the number on the traffic officer vehilcle which is ********** spoke to Vuzi and reported the matter and asked for a ref number at the end of the call and Vuzi said he will phone us back as he needs to do a transfer to get a ref number for the call until this hour Vuzi never contacted us back</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not mind paying for my ticket but I do mind having this type of officers around in our country what is the use of them getting paid not to give a ticket to someone not compiling to the road rules why are they employed I mean they not empolyed to pull off people to get paid it is unfair that is how I feel we took pictures but the officer hides his face and we also took a picture of Refilwe who gave me a ticket the registratio of the traffic officer vehicle is CK 50 RN GP</p> <p> </p> <p>We told the colleage of Refilwe code 4468 that we reporting the matter but he said we can report him we do not have his code or name so I told Refilwe how do we report this he said I should use his code and name which is on the ticket he wrote out for me I am extremely angry about this he had no shame for taking money what should we also give money if we see a traffic officer pulling us off???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
