No coomunication/bad service

I paid for the license renewal on the 28/09/2024 and I received an sms on the 29/09/2024 advising that the vehicle license parcel is out on delivery. I still have not receive my license disc or even a call advising when I can expect the delivery, please advise when will the delivery reach me as I cannot use my vehicle until I have the renewed license.

They don't answer their emails and phones. I'm stranded and regret renewing my license disc using this company
