Month and a half later only excuses and no help on my paid licenses for 4 vehicles that I have not received yet.

I did an Online renewal of my 4 licenses that had expired and paid for courier services to deliver the license discs. To date I have not received disks, waybill or tracking number. I have written 6 e-mails to support and they just ignore , send default message or tell me I have to talk to skynet couriers. Also they requested me to provide ID and vehicle details to them which I did twice. Now they just ignore my details and my vehicles are still not on the road nearly a month and a half later.

The person I dealt with is Petrus Kutamo , The person also ignoring my mails now.
