License Disc Renewal adn Delivery

Struggling now since the 4th of August to get my new license disc and still nothing. Skynet that delivers the discs are just as bad since they do not deliver the disc but on the waybill their excuse was "bad address" no calls or sms's received. Called NATIS and RTMC regarding this, they say I need to send my own courier service, so I did, on my expense and received the incorrect disc but a copy of my ID was given to my preferred courier service. When I call, they say I need to take photos of the disc received and the disc that needs to be delivered and give me a rtmc.co.za email address to send the photo's too, only to receive feedback that the email address does not exist (4 different email addresses received after 6 different calls). Now they expect me to drive to the RTMC facility in Centurion with my own vehicle that has the expired license disc and tells me I will not get fined. Horrible and unprofessional service from NATIS, RTMC and SkyNet.
