LICENCE DISK EXPIRED AND NOT DELIVERED AS PER TARCKING DAY!

I would like to express my dissapointment in which I find myself spending time having to write this message as I received a message from skynet with tracking number mentioning the package has left for delivery on 1July but instead there was a white bakkie outside that did not even press the intercom or call my number to inform me they were outside with y car renewal disk from RTMC. I am also going to complain via hello peter and RTMC as well to let them know their outsourced courier company is disappointing them as they do not deliver on time. I also called this morning and spoke to a person by the name of Bridgette who assured me they spoke to the driver and he will deliver at 2pm as I spoke to her in the morning. In the mean time I am driving with an expired disk. Ref ***
