Lack of a response

I had finger prints taken at Meyerton Licensing Department and they claim not to be using the machine anymore and I must contact RTMC to get the prints for a PDP license. I've emailed and sent sms without even getting an acknowledgement, it's a complete disrespect for the public with this attitude. I've sent ID number as requested. Nothing and I've paid for these finger prints at FNB Meyerton. Without finger prints I can't get the PDP license.
