I paid for my vehicle licence online and within a week I received an SMS from an unknown source saying my licence was out for delivery that day and to have my ID available for verification purposes. It has been 10 days and still no licence . I have tried to track the courier and the licence by contacting RTMC. Firstly you go into a queing system. I held for over an hour each time and when I get to number one the line drops. I did at one point get hold of someone by choosing another prompt and they promised to get back to me more than a week later...no one has gotten back to me and I cannot get back to the person who promised me they would contact me. You do not get answers via email as I was told this 😭 s the ONLY way to track my licence..so my licence is somewhere and I can't track it ! DONT GO THE ONLINE ROUTE TO RENEW YOUR VEHICLE LICENCE. RTMC is NOT set up to do this properly !!
