FLAWS IN RTMC VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWALS

Hi, guys on 08 Dec 2024 I renew my vehicle registration via RTMC (Road Traffic Management Corporation) which they promised within 3 - 5 business working days they will deliver. i then received message from Skynet confirming my parcel and tracking number i waited at home for the deliver on the 20 Dec 2024 i contacted RMTC for follow up on my parcel as Skynet Courier Service contact details where not getting through then a consultant from RTMC informed me i have declined my parcel. as i wanted more answers from her she told me to come n fetch the parcel in Centurion Gauteng Province and i leave in the western Cape town called Knysna. up until today i did not receive my licence disc from RTMC by the way my old licence disc expired on 30 Nov 2024. i have made numerios calls and emails to RTMC without a success what is worse i went to local municipality re print the disc also i did not have a success.
