Exemplary customer service

I had the distinct pleasure to deal with one of the most efficient and just plain lovely ladies this morning.

I app**** to have my vehicle license renewed as it expired at the end of August. However when the courier arrived on Friday and I opened the envelope, it stated that my vehicle was not road worthy. I was completely confused as my vehicle was bought brand new, had not been in an accident and wasn't even three years old.

I spent a horrible weekend fretting about the situation and even today dreaded contacting RTMC. When I eventually did, I was told I was number 24 in line and that the wait time was 30 odd minutes. So I hung up. But when I called back I chose option 2 and got through to the absolutely magnificent Vongani.

What a super star. She is efficient and friendly and knew exactly what was going on. She helped me with the road worthy issue and an issue on my drivers license. And with a smile in her voice and absolute patience with an extremely stressed client.

I cannot say enough complementary things about this gracious lady. She is a super star and an absolute asset to your organisation.
