Excellent Service at Waterfall RTMC

I have just visited the Waterfall RTMC, and I have to say I am quite moved by the level of care, professionalism and friendliness. Every person I encountered, from the security guards, who were taking temperatures and signing people in, to the traffic officer, the cashier, all were joyful and so on point. It was a picture of an operation where people not only know what to do, but take pleasure in doing it well. There was even someone who welcomed me as I entered and explained the procedures. I have never encountered such a thing renewing my license before. It was completely seamless, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes, with a huge smile.
