Drivers license confirmation Letter

Good Day I'm dissapointed in RTMC,they are apperently a company to help the traffic department with the drivers license issue in South Africa,And I'm struggling to get any response from this RTMC to email my drivers license confirmation letter,and via email they stated a turnaround period 3-4 weeks and I'm waiting almost 2months
