Don’t use online RTMC service to renew your licenses. Skynet their service provider is unreliable and vehicles are always breaking down.

I renewed my licenses on the 27 July 2023 and on the 31 July 2023 received a message telling me the license will be delivered on that day. When it was not delivered, I phoned skynet to find out why it was not delivered, I was informed the car broke down, it will be delivered the next day Wednesday the 2nd August 2023. On Wednesday the 02 August 2023 it was not delivered again I phoned on Thursday and was told again the delivery vehicle broke down again and that is why it was not delivered but will definitely be delivered on the 04 August 2023. This morning Friday the 04 August I phoned again and was told the same thing but was reassured it will be delivered. This afternoon at around 15:30 I phoned to find out where was the delay I was assured that the driver will deliver before 17:00 today. It is 17:27, the driver has not arrived. It seems like Skynet vehicle are unreliable and are always breaking down. I honestly regret ever making use of this service!
