Con Artist!

My engagement with this service provider has been disappointing to say the least. I've opted for the service to have my licence disc couriered in August and to date all I have gotten are unanswered emails and hanging on calls for 35 minutes with NO JOY. I feel like I can been conned out of my hard earned money and will be even more out of pocket when I receive a ticket for not having an updated licence disc.
