You're better off using Paycity's Functionality
Road Protect is the first to debit my account, without fail they don't miss a beat. Since inception, I have been unable to log into their portal to check fines and make payments or claims. Every fine I have received in the last 3 years, I have had to make them aware of rather than the other way around. Then it takes 6-12 weeks before a feedback is received by which time I am receiving final notices. #1 with Hello Peter reviews? I think not
