Would have be quicker to stand at the traffic department.

The initial experience was all good, Then there was internal confusion and mess-ups, which resulted in my licence disc for both cars taking over a month to be delivered- finally after numerous calls and emails. Would have be quicker to stand at the traffic department. Not impressed.
