Worst Service Provider - Stay Away

This is the worst service provider I have ever transacted with, no communication, no updates, nothing. What kind of business is this? After going through the reviews, I wish I had read all these before doing business with Road Protect. WesBank must also take responsible for all these, I thought since I got Road Protect through WesBank then Road Protect must be a reputable company, dont do same mistake as I did.
