Worst service ever!

I have claimed for pothole protect for over three years and still have not received feedback on my claim. I've mailed and called numerous times and anytime I can actually reach a consultant, they say my claim is still under investigation with the roads agency after i had submitted all my paperwork in 2016. I pay for this useless service monthly and to not get any feedback on my claim is shocking and unprofessional. I could have made back all the money spent on a new tyre just with the installments i have made for this service to date. To say I am annoyed and appalled is an understatement
