Worst service ever.

Waiting 9 months for a claim to be paid. This is unacceptable. The service consultant with whom I correspond has a "no care" attitude. Not one month did they struggle to receive their funds. If anyone in Management can phone me by COB to assist in where I can lay a complaint with an org/ombudsman to sort this matter for me. Thanks

As confirmed we have been waiting for the signed release form from Justin in order to process the payment and would like to apologize again for not following up on this pro-active from our side

Once we receive the release form an urgent payment will be processed
