Worst service ever!
The biggest waste of time / money and the worst service i have ever experienced in my life! Numerous mails, logged requests,calls to no avail. I have been waiting a month now for my disc only to be told last week that they went to the wrong license dept?? I am sitting with an expired disc now and am being continually harassed by the police! I have been promised 3 weeks ago that someone senior would call me, STILL NO CALL. ***- what a joke!! You hold only to get told that you must rather email. You email and you get ZERO response! Get a manager to call me pls that can actually sort this issue out - ***.

Still NO reply from Eileen James, Tamryn Christie or Chante Haywood on my mail this morning. No reply from these internal staff at Road Protect to their own colleague’s (Eileen) email yesterday requesting them to give me an urgent update.
I have also noticed that the response above from Road Protect is a standard copy and paste when I view the rest of the 1-star complaints here (and there’s a lot of them).
I wait in anticipation for this said phone call from the Manager before close of Business today.
