Worst Service

Absolute WORST service we ever encountered. After applying for license renewal on 31/01/2019 we now a month and a half later still have no license. In the end, after all this time, their answer is there is not an agent in our district to renew the license. Why couldn't this information be provided from the start??? You are lucky if someone answers, they never reply to emails. When you get someone on the phone it's all empty promises. They have put is through such a stressful time and if that was not enough we also sit with a fine now because the renewal date has expired. Please do not waste your time or your peace using their services, it is really not worth it!
