What a change of flavour - Excellent service and experience

<p>Contrary to the norm, I for once had a pleasant experience with an telephonic sales agent (Simoney) representing Road Protect (a division of Wesbank) with an offer that was well worth the monthly premium. The benefits associated are great. I only hope and trust that when I do need to make use of any of the services that it would be all I was promised.</p> <p>However I am more so pleased with the manner in which the sales agent approached me during the call. She immediately got to the point and only took up the 3 minutes she asked me for presenting the details of the service. In short she was straight forward (no BS), honest and confident which very much contributed to the success of the sale, other than the services offered. All in all 10 out of 10……</p>
