Very very bad service
This service is just not working. No call backs, no response to emails. I'm still waiting for my license disk to be printed and it is going for 2 months now. Chante was dealing with it but no update. It was escalated to Elandi and still no update. Very frustrating. I keep on calling and sending emails and there is just no help.

Last week Elandi promised that I'll have the disk by Friday and I'm still waiting. I called in and asked to be called back three times and it never happened. A reprint takes another month?
