Very disappointed

I write this review with utmost disappointment, i have filed for claim after i hit pothole in Bloemfontein and submitted all the required documents including the pothole i hit and the invoice of the tyres i purchased. it has been over 5 months now and still this issue is not resolved. i have been sending emails to Road Protect and the person handling my claim does not bother to respond or call me back which is something that is is really ticking me off. when i call the reception there is a lady who's always nice and assure me that she will pass the message and they will call me. i don't know what is the use of joining the Tiger Plus and they have been deducting my money every month with no fail yet when Road Protect have to claim it takes months and months and on top of that no wonder is keeping me updated.
