Very bad service

I put a claim in for a damaged rim in September last year. I do not get any feedback unless I "Beg" for it. I have been promised and update before close of business on 16/08/2021 and i am still waiting even after sending another email asking for feedback. I have never received as much as a call from these people with where my case is currently. The turn around time for an email saying sorry we don't have an update is 3 weeks plus
