Useless license disc renewal process!!!

Shocking service with regards to license disc renewal. Firstly I app**** in a timely manner on the FNB app, it took more than a reasonable amount of time for them to process my enquiry/documents required.

Thereafter I was notified that my license disc renewal was blocked due to a fine, which had been payed up on the same day. A response to mail was also sent to the company, but their reply times are shocking and no number provided to contact them to get further information.

Would not recommend them.
