Useless!

I signed up for the service about 5 months ago but there has been no communication on what to do thereafter. One of my licence discs expired after I signed up but they did absolutely nothing to remind me about it or explain why they didn't do anything about it. I even logged a query more than a month ago and to date nobody has called me back to answer my queries. I get silly one liners via email like "you need to download the fnb app" (even though I have already done that) and when I ask specific questions I usually get no response. The last time I called their call centre, I had to wait more than 30 minutes and still nobody answered. At the moment, they are providing absolutely no service for the monthly premium I am paying them!
