Unwanted, unexplained and unanswered.

I was called and the product explained but I did not request this product nor was i told of an extra monthly cost to my vehicle payments. I have no intention of using a service that was forced onto my account without my consent, along with the ignored email correspondence with ********** after requesting the removal of this unwanted service.
