Unhappy customer

Decided to renew my license via Wesbank with Road Protect. Received confirmation on Monday 15 February that everything was in order after having paid on the 13th and documents on the above mentioned date.

After various follow ups since with Chante Haywood and Road Protect not providing any updates on the progress, I have still not received my documents I can honestly not recommend this service to anyone, I've been paying almost R95 per month for this service and the one thing/service I've needed them to provide they've utterly failed, as off right I want a refund for every monthly payments I've made including the disc renewal fee In addition I will lodge a complaint with Wesbank for making use of this company. Any fines I might incur for driving with an expired disc will be sent to Road Protect.
