Underpaid the claim, I want 100% pothole damage

I submitted invoice of R17,000 and you approve to pay me R10,000 ? Where did my claim money goes because I am paying you your premiums in monthly basis is , why my claim is lower than my invoice

As per the telephonic discussion with Mosa just now she has explained the recovery amount received from the road agency and has confirmed that you are happy with the outcome.
