Unable to contact - NO RESPONSE
I have been trying to contact them since mid September. My emails, messages and phone call go unanswered. Only response is an automated message with Query confirmation and ref. no. saying that I will be assigned to a service consultant in the next 24 hours. I have left messages both telephonically and via the online system. I have emailed and absolutely no response. Is this a ****? It is a product I took out through FNB? How are they able to offer the "protect" services promised if you can't get hold of them? A very frustrating company!
