TWT The Glen, Shoneez Excellent service

I visited the TWT branch near the Glen in JHB south towards the end of January. Shoneez was the person who approached and informed me about the new tiger wheel and tyre advantage road protect. She was absolutely amazing and very informative. Usually I am never interested as I do have insurance already but because of Shoneez’s excellent customer service and friendly demeanor I joined the program.

Earlier this week I returned to TWT as I had hit a pot hole and needed my rim fixed. Again, Shoneez greeted me with a smile and remembered me from before. She made me feel comfortable and the service which she had told me about previously worked out as I got a discount for the work done on my wheel.

Overall, excellent service and i’ll definitely recommend the service as well as visiting the TWT branch, for Shoneez’s excellent customer service, near the Glen to my family and friends.
