traffic fine

I got a traffic fine and road protect notified me of the fine when i was not aware of it. They then asked if i wanted them to negotiate for the fine to be reduced which obviously agreed. The assigned Tamryn Chrissie to my case and she kept me updated and told me it will take 3 to 4 weeeks, even though at the end i had to send her a remind of how my case was going, she managed to get my fine reduced to 50% off. So i am very happy with her service and efficiency.
