They are absolutely clueless and feel zero for clients - Elandi Fourie

Took them 3months still to not get my license disc to me and I had to spend countless hours trying to sort it out myself. Stay away. They also operate under Driva Protect. You have been warned. When I was absolutely frustrated to the end of my patience one of the employees went so far as to laugh at me after explaining my problem.

Driva Protect Flow of Events Timeline

Request License Disk Renewal through Wesbank Portal 2017-01-07
Called to follow up on disc - Still in the process 2017-01-23
Other calls 2017-01-27
2017-01-30
2017-02-06
2017-02-24
2017-02-27
2017-02-28
Road protect sends license disc to wrong adres after I personally called them and the courier to follow up on my disc.
I received email indicating my license has been renewed only to pick up my package from an old address with a letter indicating they did not print my license due to a enforcement on my name
Received no call or other form of communication to indicate that my license disc was not printed due to enforcement
Road protect indicates I need to go to a post office to pay the enforcement and have my license disc printed 2017-02-03
I go to post office in Sandton, they don't print license discs. Previously I was told I need to go to Ekurulenhi license department as they can't help me at any other licensing department. Consultants don't understand the process. 2017-02-28

Reviewer Update

I was contacted by road protect. They apologised and accepted responsibility for the mess and assured me that they will look into my complaint and put measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I was compensated for my frustration and I'm satisfied with the level of attention the complaint received.
