I would like to thank Venantia Ryan for her assistance with license renewal and payment of fines. There are many other extremely helpful persons at this company but I think the Roadprotect system is really disappointing. It is very frustrating to contact anyone because no-one knows what the other person is doing. Different people always contact me for the same concern and I have to repeat myself every time. Thanks to Venantia I can now contact her directly in future. This is truly appreciated.
