Terrible, ********** service

I tried to renew my license through this service, but after 2 months they came back to me stating that my renewal is canceled due to my proof of residence being in another province (lie). When I contacted them to query this, they then tell me it's because my car is registered in a company name and I did not supply correct paperwork (another lie)

After 9 emails, 7 phone calls and still no help from them, I eventually sent an email to cancel my membership, but I was still debited at the end of the month. I am unable to get anyone to call me back or assist me with this. This is *********!

Do not ever take out any policy with this company, you will just waste your money!
