STILL WAITING, IGNORED FOR 6 DAYS
Hello Road Protect, I was promised on the phone by a nervous young lady that she would send me the terms and conditions as to where exactly I can find on FNB's Nav Car service that the price for DELIVERY suddenly goes from R199 to R249 when your license disk is expired yet I have still not received anything. Nobody has gotten back to me!
Elandi your SERVICE MANAGER has been ignoring me for 6 days too!!! I hate your service, I should have listened to the reviews. Please refund me for the ****ty service.

Where are the Terms and Conditions and WHERE IN the Terms and Conditions does it say that I will pay R249 instead of R199 for delivery???????
I am feeling cheated and not getting an answer.
I keep getting referred to FNB however the money goes to Road Protect so who is going to answer me?
