Stay away from Road Protect!
I paid for the renewal of my licence on the FNB app and sent my documents to Road Protect. This is over a month ago and nothing! They confirm that they have my documents and no communication since then. My vehicle licence has since expired and I have been fined for an expired licence. Do not use this service - FNB does not care who they partner with - Road Protect will take your money and you cannot contact them
