Sloppy consultants

When the consultant sold me this product I was told of all the bells and whistles about traffic fines being disputed and reduced, all I get is a request to make payment to them, something I can do myself also when I cancelled all i received from 2 x consultants was that OK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED, no request for reason or we sorry to see you leave, they not bothered about customer service they are only a POST OFFICE
