Sick and tired of the service. Just want a refund and never to deal with road protect again

Unfortunately I don't have the option to rate this service provider a zero. I am really sick and tired of the service. I am not even going to go into detail about all the further inconvenience I have had to endure. Been a month, numerous follow up by myself as no communication is provided by the service provider. My progress is on the fnb Navi gate car shows my licenses are blocked and have been canceled. I have no idea and no notification from road protect. I am not even sure that will respond to this complaint. I just want a refund so that I can renew my license by myself
